Introduction |

TFMiner is an on line tool for transcription factor prediction and classification. Here models built from support vector machine(SVM) and error-correcting output coding(ECOC) algorithm are adopted to predict and categorize transcription factor. Currently, two data types are supported by the tool: protein sequence with fasta format and Swiss-Prot AC number. Computing process is time consuming, so please give an email address when submit a new task. After the task is finished, a reminder email will be sent automatically. Then you can check results through submission ID.
